Developing Software

Requirements to Author

In order to assure the title I develop is unique and effective; there are a few things that have to be done first...

* Pre-Production Agreement and or Contract(s) - These things are needed for me to construct a working copy of my software on any computer other than my own, and is necessary for the timely construction of each product and it's contribution(s).

* Definitions of Title - This has to be defined as "work for hire" before Copyrighted or the work peformed will be another sole project.

* Payment For Work Performed - I am very reasonable to any type of payment(s) or methods of payment; including trade of services and or products.

Research & Logistics

Total disclosure in the project and strategies in your current direction have to be narrowed to a customer/client/user database and setup in an orderly fashion with all means to over-come the objectives. Most of the time in this area will be spent on the past experiences of your demographic studies or prior operations, as well as finding the field of logistics toward any or all competition in your service(s).

Planning & Designs

Graphic designs and material content has to be collected in ways to be more effective; on-or-off the web. Your logo and description have to be placed within the software and utilized in such a way; that your company or services get the most of its use. Planning and designs with conceptions go into the opening pages of each title. I could work on or off-site on any job, but prefer to work on my own location when possible. If you know the design and only require simple insertion to the new product or title, all that would be needed here is, a first agreement and your committment to see the project go as designed.

Construction & Development

Construction and development begins after all pre-production layouts and designs are finished. All materials created from here on have to be true and accurate; so as to not waste time. The main objective is to have a working environment that is easy and simple to use ASAP, and should include any help the "user" may need along the way, or to get started. Posting the development to other major contributors on the current project or title is an important way to get assistance and can even benifit each party sometimes more than you thought. Development in the project nears completion when all points of interactivity have been defined. The rest of the work is usually to dress it up and make the package, label, advertisements, and welcome base(s) match the desired product message.
